A sturdy, well-worn trailhead sign made of rich, weathered wood stands at the start of a forest path that splits into three clearly defined routes, each gently curving into soft-focus distance. Around the sign, fallen leaves and smooth stones add natural texture, while small green shoots push through the ground, hinting at fresh growth. Early morning light filters through tall trees, casting long, soft shadows and illuminating a thin mist hanging in the air. Photographic realism from a slightly low angle emphasizes the sign as a focal point, symbolizing life and career transitions with a calm, hopeful, and contemplative atmosphere.

Coaching for career change, leadership growth, and midlife pivots so you navigate decisions with clarity, confidence, and practical action.

A minimalist, glass-walled corner office overlooking a softly blurred city skyline, with a single, comfortable armchair angled toward the windows and a low side table nearby. On the table, a closed leather-bound journal, a pair of reading glasses, and a small, thriving potted plant with fresh green leaves evoke lived experience and ongoing growth. Gentle golden-hour sunlight streams in, wrapping the scene in warm highlights and casting clean, elongated shadows across a neutral rug. Photographic realism, composed with rule of thirds and moderate depth of field, creates a professional yet inviting mood that suggests space for reflection, strategy, and what comes next after a major career shift.

About

Leadership Coaching From Lived Experience

I created Lead Anew Coaching after decades leading teams, changing careers, returning to school in midlife, and rebuilding after unexpected loss. I know how disorienting it feels to ask, “Who am I now, and what’s next?” Together, we slow the noise, name what matters most, and design clear, realistic next steps. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to offer perspective, structure, and steady partnership as you move forward.

Stories

Hope D.

Coaching with Lead Anew helped me untangle a midlife career pivot, reconnect with my strengths, and make a confident decision without burning out.

Hope D.

After a sudden layoff, our sessions gave structure to my weeks, realistic goals, and hope that rebuilding my leadership path was still possible.

Hope D.

Returning to school in my forties felt terrifying; coaching turned it into a thoughtful experiment instead of a crisis of identity and confidence.

Hope D.

I came in asking, ‘Who am I now?’ and left each session with language, perspective, and next steps I could immediately act on.

A powerful visual of a dense, foggy landscape gradually giving way to crisp, clear mountains in the distance, with a single winding road emerging from the haze and becoming sharply defined as it approaches the viewer. The foreground shows wet asphalt glistening with recent rain, while tufts of resilient grass line the roadside, catching soft side light from an overcast sky breaking open. Photographic realism with a wide-angle, slightly elevated perspective emphasizes depth and transition from confusion to clarity. The mood is steady, hopeful, and grounded, perfectly echoing the emotional journey of moving through midlife uncertainty toward a more focused direction.
